Maxis88 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Maxis88 is an online entertainment platform offering slots, Sports Betting, poker, Live Casino, badminton, football and e-sports to players in Malaysia. By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Maxis88 platform, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions.

These terms apply to all interactions with the Maxis88 platform, including the official website at maxis88.net, all games, Sports Betting, promotions, and customer support communications. The latest version of these terms takes effect from the date stated at the top of this page.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use Maxis88's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Is a resident or citizen of Malaysia.
• Is not currently subject to any ban from any known online gambling platform.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register in a personal capacity — not as an agent or representative of any other party.

Maxis88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as MyKad or passport) at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in the account being suspended until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to register one account only at Maxis88. Holding more than one account (multiple accounts) is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings without prior notice.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur.
• The name on your Maxis88 account must match the name on the payment method used.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• Maxis88 is not liable for any losses resulting from a password that has been shared or compromised by the member themselves.

A Maxis88 account is for the personal use of the registered member only and may not be transferred, sold or used by any other party under any circumstances. Any activity suggesting that an account is being used by more than one individual may result in an investigation and account suspension.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Maxis88 supports the following deposit methods, all of which are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within seconds to 10 minutes.
• Any fees charged by payment providers are the member's responsibility.
• The payment method used for deposits must be in the same name as the registered member — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Maxis88 reserves the right to decline any deposit that is suspicious or does not meet financial compliance requirements.

5 Withdrawals

Members may make withdrawals at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The account has completed the required identity verification (KYC) process.
• No outstanding bets or active bonuses that have yet to meet the rollover requirements.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified method registered in the member's name.

Maxis88 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawals as an anti-money laundering (AML) precaution. This is standard procedure and is not intended to inconvenience legitimate members.

6 Bonus & Promotions

Maxis88 offers a variety of promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 588, weekly cashback, poker rakeback and special promotions for major sporting events such as the Malaysia Super League and MPL Malaysia.

• All bonuses carry wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before a withdrawal is approved. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per account, per phone number, per IP address and per device unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member under any circumstances.
• Maxis88 reserves the right to void any bonus where promotion abuse is suspected.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonuses, Maxis88's decision is final.

7 Game Rules

All games offered by Maxis88 — including slots, live casino, poker, and table games — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified to ensure true fairness and randomness.

• The outcome of all games is final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or network disruption during an active game, Maxis88 reserves the right to declare that match or round void and return all wagers placed.
• The use of legitimate game strategies is fully permitted.
• The use of external software, bots, or any automated method to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

For live casino games, the dealer's ruling made during the session is final. In the event of any discrepancy between what is displayed on the member's screen and the server records, Maxis88's server records shall prevail.

8 Sports Betting & E-Sports

Maxis88's Sports Betting section covers the Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Malaysia Cup, Champions League, badminton, e-sports (MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, CS2, Valorant) and much more. The following terms apply to all sports bets:

• All odds displayed are accurate at the time of display but are subject to change until a bet is confirmed.
• Confirmed bets (where the bet slip has been accepted) cannot be cancelled except under circumstances explicitly stated.
• If a match is postponed for more than 48 hours or cancelled, all pre-match bets will be fully refunded.
• For in-play betting, bets accepted during a technical disruption may be voided at Maxis88's discretion.
• The Cash Out feature is subject to availability, and any value offered is final at the time of acceptance.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Maxis88 platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance freeze, and legal action where necessary:

• Money laundering — using Maxis88 as a channel to conceal or transfer illicit funds.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's name, documents or personal information.
• Promotion abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or colluding with other members to exploit promotions.
• Use of bots and automated software — any software that enables automated gameplay or wagering without human involvement.
• Match betting — placing bets on both sides of the same match through different accounts to guarantee a profit with no risk.
• System intrusion — any attempt to hack, disrupt or exploit vulnerabilities within the platform.

Maxis88 employs an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious activity. We cooperate with the relevant authorities where there is evidence of illegal activity.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

Maxis88 reserves the right to close or suspend any account in the following situations:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Upon the member's own request (including requests for self-exclusion from gambling).
• Directives from the relevant legal authorities.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so through account settings or by contacting customer support. For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, any remaining balance may not be refunded depending on the nature of the violation.

Members may also request a self-exclusion period for responsible gambling purposes — this will freeze the account for the chosen duration with no penalties and the balance kept safe.

11 Limitation of Liability

Maxis88 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from gambling activity on our platform that exceed limits set by the member themselves.
• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.
• Damage to a member's device or system resulting from use of our platform.
• Bet outcomes acted upon based on inaccurate information from sources outside the Maxis88 platform.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

Maxis88 takes member privacy extremely seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is used solely for account management, payment processing, and service communications.

13 Responsible Gaming

14 General Provisions & Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable law. Should any provision in this document be found invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

• Bahasa Melayu is the official language of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any translation into another language, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
• Maxis88's failure to enforce any term at a given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that term in the future.
• Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions will first be referred to Maxis88's customer support channel for an amicable resolution.
• These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Maxis88 and the member regarding use of the platform, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
